Brian Taylor is a businessman, philanthropist and founder of Fruition Organic.
Born in Illinois and raised in Missouri, he grew up amongst a family of amazing restauranteurs. He was thrown into the business when he was 14 and learned everything he could from his mother and aunts.
Being a cancer survivor that took his leg at a young age of 3, he learned to accept life’s challenges, which helped build the resilience needed to get through the difficult times. Because of his experiences, he has a deep appreciation for life and lives it to the fullest. His passions include cooking & entertaining for friends and family, all sports and giving back to his community.
He moved to Southern California in 2011, where he met his wife, and decided to make the charming town of Manhattan Beach their home. He fell in love with the small town feel and the community, which is reminiscent of where he grew up in Missouri.
He looks forward to working in and around the South Bay area to share his passion and inspire people to live a healthier lifestyle.

Alison Cruddas is a passionate vegan of 30 years who currently lives in the Los Angeles area. Originally from South Africa, who has lived in multiple countries and cities and loves to travel and explore different cultures and cuisines.
Her motto is to inspire people to live a greener more compassionate lifestyle through plant based eating.
Ali is just as at home in a restaurant, as she is in the kitchen as a personal chef, or in a high volume 5-star restaurant.
Her menus are creative and innovative. The common emphasis is wherever Ali’s food is being served, is on the people who are enjoying it. She specializes in creative ways of meeting special dietary requirements with her fusion of Asian, African, Latin American, Modern European and Classic American cuisine.
